Should I tell my boyfriend if I have any other problems like family or school problems. Will he care or should I just figure it out myself? And how do I say nicely that I don’t want to have PDA in the streets and mall and that there is a place and time for everything?

Besides wi-fi hot spots, what mobile options are available to connect to the internet wirelessly on a laptop?
I now have a laptop which I connect wirelessly to the internet via wi-fi hot spots. I am curious if there is a way to connect anywhere/anytime like in a taxi, in a park, at the mall, etc. Thanks.
