I really like my Treo 650 cell phone. With the introduction of the Treo 700, cellular providers will likely have discounted phones under $250.
I like carrying it around more than my old Palm and my old cell phone.
I surf the web on it. I use PocketTunes on it with songs downloaded from Yahoo Music Unlimited.
I listen to audio books on it.
Oh, and I actually manage my calendar with it too.
Yahoo Shopping also has lots of PDAs and products under $250. Here’s a starting point which you can refine:
