You run the risk of giving someone a getout if you &#039;fix&#039; the problem by bodges. Accept you will have to reinstall stuff on the replacement and take advantage of the warranty.

And... if the person at the other end of the phone is messing you around with stupid suggestions, INSIST you speak to their Line Manager, thus accelerating your complaint to Tosh paid staff rather than some idiot in a call centre.

Good luck, stay calm, don&#039;t accept it. Quite a useful machine by the way!
