  One way is if your phone has Bluetooth,
  If you get a bluetooth adapter for your computer, and your phone is capable of something called “GRPS”, the bluetooth link should enable you to connect to the net through the cell network.
  On my phone (Cingular), its actually pretty fast too.

  ya, bluetooth is a good option. But, you need to have bluetooth on your computer and on your cellphone

  The other option is to get data connectivity software and cable

  Then, you can connect your mobile to your computer and use that as a dial up phone.
