if you’re trying to clear the history from the internet such as firefox, internet explorer, safari, etc. you can click ctrl+h and then your history will appear on the left hand side of the window. from there you can delete the contents of the folders by selecting the folder and right clicking on your mouse and pressing delete on the menu that should appear.

first go to tools, then internet options, then clear history. and you may want to move the days down too, so it does it automaticly as often as you want. but you may also want to clear your search words on google and such. in that case, go to the search engine, push the down key, and delete. do this until all your words are gone.
